At Fabrics by Zolo, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 working days, depending on your location.

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required.

At Fabrics by Zolo, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

The only exception is for items received in a damaged condition. In such cases, we offer an exchange only — no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Damage-related exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Courier charges for a valid damage-related exchange will be fully borne by Fabrics by Zolo. Once your request is approved, the exchange will be processed within 48 hours.

If a customer requests an exchange for a second time, we require the customer to record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video before opening the exchange parcel. This video is mandatory and must be provided as proof in case of any further damage claim. Exchange requests without this video will not be accepted.
